Something positive needs to happen, and soon

ISAE is a proposal. It becomes real only if people test it, criticize it and carry it forward. Here is what you can do now, lawfully and safely.

Please do not collect anyone’s immigration status or personal information for this proposal. No one should enroll in anything or share personal data because of this website. Anyone with questions about their own situation should talk to a trusted immigration legal-services provider.

Citizens

  • Read the summary or white paper and send honest criticism.
  • Share this site with your representatives and ask them to support an independent pilot of case-managed supervision with public metrics.
  • Support local legal-aid and rapid-response organizations doing this work today.

Faith communities

  • Help test the idea: would families trust community-partner enrollment? What would feel like a trap?
  • Map who families already trust.
  • Continue charitable work (legal clinics, accompaniment, language access) that needs no new law. Stay within issue advocacy; never endorse candidates.

Businesses & growers

  • Document the impacts on your workforce, as South Coast employers did in 2025.[19]
  • Tell lawmakers that a long-settled workforce needs a legal channel.
  • Offer to sit on a future community advisory board.

Officials & staff

  • Review the legal analysis and product spec.
  • Explore a pilot inside existing ATD authority with independent evaluation.
  • Consider how ISAE’s verified compliance records could work alongside a Dignity-style bill or a registry update.
